Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify a radioactive nuclide included in a radioactive waste, and to inspect its position and its filling amount (filling state), in a single process by using a single inspection device. SOLUTION: A first transmission image of a standard sample 12 is acquired by a radiation 18B generated from a radiation source 18A involved in an analyte 18, and then, a second transmission image of the standard sample 12 is acquired by an X-ray 19 irradiated from an X-ray source 11. The position of the radiation source 18A is specified from a relative ratio on the size between the first transmission image and the second transmission image, and a geometric relationship based on a relative position relationship between the X-ray source 11, the radiation source 18A, the standard sample 12 and an image receptor 13. By changing intensity of the X-ray 19 according to a first absorption characteristic of the standard sample 12 by the radiation source 18A, a second absorption characteristic of the standard sample 12 agreeing with the first absorption characteristic is acquired, and the kind of the radiation source 18A is identified based on the intensity of the X-ray 19 at that time.
