HYDRAULICALLY DRIVING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulically driving device which can improve flowing characteristic while keeping a simplification of construction of basic hydraulically driving device. SOLUTION: A hydraulically driving device 10, wherein: a discharging channel 60 which is equipped with a throttle 61 and connects a regulator 20 and tank 33, and discharging channel 59 connecting a cutoff valve 41 and the tank 33 join at an upstream of the throttle 61; when the cutoff valve 41 operates, slant control pressure generated in a slant control pressure generating section 29 is led to the other side cylinder chamber 25 of the regulator 20 through the discharging channel 59, the discharging channel 60 and directional control valve 32, therefore pressures within a pair of cylinder chambers 24-25 become equal in pressure (the slant control pressure generated in the slant control pressure generating section 29); and consequently a discharging capacity of a variable displacement hydraulic pump 16 is immediately limited to minimum, therefore the flowing capacity can be improved.
