Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combustion control device of an internal combustion engine suppressing the torque level difference in switching between the compression self-ignition combustion and the spark ignition combustion. SOLUTION: The combustion control device of the internal combustion engine switchable between the spark ignition combustion and the compression self-ignition combustion by internal EGR gas includes a control means 11 for controlling at least one of a suction pressure, an in-cylinder pressure and a suction area into an inside of a cylinder to temporarily reduce a suction amount when switching from one to the other between the compression self-ignition combustion and the spark ignition combustion.
