Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a carton blank by which the material loss in punching a paper board with a punching machine is reduced and the misalignment of the paper board in cutting the carton blank is dealt with and which is carried out with excellent work efficiency. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the carton blank used for a package box for multipack includes: a first step in which the side of one carton blank 1a and the side of the other carton blank 1b in two adjacent carton blanks form a boundary part X shared by two sides and at least two carton blanks 1a, 1b are arranged so as to align in line in the paper board width direction and a decorated part Y on which a color and/or a pattern are applied in the longitudinal direction is provided on the periphery of the boundary part X to form a portion 10 of the carton blank to be punched on the paper board; and a second step of punching the portion 10 by the punching machine.
