ADAPTIVE CARRIER ALLOCATION IN MULTICARRIER COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, AND POWER CONTROL METHOD AND APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately adjust transmission power in a multicarrier system. SOLUTION: A device and a method for carrier allocation in the multicarrier system is explained. A process determines the location of a subscriber relative to a base station, and according to the subscriber location relative to the base station, selects the carrier from a carrier band for allocating to the subscribers, and allocates the selected carrier to the subscriber.
