Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration mode type speaker preventing water from entering a vibration unit by implementing a waterproof measure to a fixing member of the vibration unit. SOLUTION: The top plate 16 of the vibration unit 12 includes a female type hollow screw 34 and is fixed to an upper wall 10a with a screw 38 passing through a through-hole 10b formed on the upper wall 10a of a case 10 to the hollow screw 34. On the periphery of the screw 38, a packing 26 surrounding the periphery is disposed.
