SYSTEM AND DEVICE FOR PACKET COMMUNICATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform communication between devices by IP in a carrier network while applying a conventional ISDN protocol as a user network interface. SOLUTION: The packet communication system for converting ISDN packets to IP packets and communicating them includes: at least one IP converter (200) for IP-packetizing B channel or D channel data received through at least one ISDN subscriber line (1-n) together with information included in the data, outputting them to an IP network, extracting the B channel and D channel data from the IP packets received from the IP network, and transmitting them to the ISDN subscriber line on the basis of the information included in the B channel and D channel data; and at least one packet transfer device (300) for transferring the IP packets including the B channel or D channel data by the IP network.
