Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plane element capable of heating itself and suitable for being fixed on a surface especially curved in multi-dimensions. SOLUTION: The plane element has a high deformability and has a layer structure composed of a heating layer and a contact layer, each being made of polymer having elastomer and/or plastic polymer having a specific breaking elongation as well as a specific tensile modulus. Furthermore, a bonded composite body composed of an adhesive substrate and the plane element, a method of manufacturing the plane element, and use of the plane element for heating the bonded composite body are also provided.
