PUSH BUTTON MECHANISM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a push button mechanism that prevents more effectively the extrusion of lubricant when a guide protrusion portion of the push button and a guide groove portion of a grill are fitted together. SOLUTION: The push button mechanism includes: a push button 3 including a front panel portion 35 receiving power of an operational personnel, a peripheral panel portion 30 extending along the button push-in direction from the front panel portion 35, and a guide protrusion portion 31 protruding in a rib shape on a surface of the peripheral panel portion 30 and extending in the button push-in direction; and a grill 1 including an opening 10 for accepting the push button 3, a support portion 100 extending in the button push-in direction from the opening 10 to support the peripheral panel 30 to be slidable in the button push-in direction, and a guide groove portion 101 provided along the button push-in direction on a surface of the support portion 100 to be slidably fitted with the guide protrusion portion 31.
