Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in a conventional immersion type snow ice cooling device that heat exchanging efficiency is degraded as the circulation water bypasses snow ice lumps, and an unplanned water channel is formed, and that as a temperature of the circulation water is high at an upstream side in a cold water tank, and only the snow ice lumps at the upstream side are melted first, it is difficult to cope with high cold load for a scale of plane of the cold water tank. SOLUTION: A funnel-shaped (mortar-shaped) immersion-type cold water tank is disposed at a lower section of the snow ice lumps so that the bypass to the snow ice lumps is not formed, and a water collection box is disposed at a central lower section of the snow ice lumps. Thus the circulation water necessarily passes under the snow ice lumps by a distance from a circulation water port to the water collection box, and heat exchange of the circulation water and the snow ice lumps is facilitated. Further as the funnel-shape is applied as the shape of the cold water tank, a current water surface speed of the circulation water becomes minimum at an intermediate section of the cold water tank, and a contact time of the snow lumps and the water is elongated, thus the heat exchange can be facilitated in a wide range under the snow ice lumps.
