Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate cleaning method and a plate cleaning device for efficiently cleaning ink attached to the plate at a low cost. SOLUTION: There are provided the plate cleaning method wherein water containing micro-nanobubbles is used as a cleaning liquid, and the cleaning liquid is jetted onto the plate at pressure of 0.5 MPa or higher; in particular, a plate cleaning method wherein the micro-nanobubbles contains bubbles of a particle size distribution of 50-500 nm and 0.5-10 μm; a plate cleaning device having a cleaning pressurizing and sending means sending the cleaning liquid comprising water containing micro-nanobubbles to a nozzle, and the nozzle jetting the cleaning liquid to the plate at pressure of 0.5 MPa or higher; and in particular, a plate cleaning device having a cleaning liquid producing means producing the cleaning liquid by including micro-nanobubbles in water.
