Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection valve capable of preventing parts from being damaged due to the collision between the parts by hydraulically restricting the excessive lift of a nozzle needle during the injection period by a damper member 27. SOLUTION: The damper member 27 is disposed at the end of the piston head 7b of a control piston. The damper member 27 can be formed of a material such as a spring material which can be elastically deformed when a load is applied thereto. The damper member 27 has a function of damping the control piston by elastically deforming between the piston head 7b and an orifice plate 12 when the nozzle needle lifts a predetermined amount or higher. Before the lift amount of the nozzle needle reaches the predetermined amount, the damper member 27 does not come into contact with the orifice plate 12, and the damping is not applied to the movement of the control piston.
