Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing nanofiber by which the high-quality nanofiber can be mass-produced, and to provide a method for producing the nanofiber. SOLUTION: Electric charge is induced to a plurality of containers 2 having pores for discharging a liquid raw material F containing a polymer material into air, and spaces for allowing the raw material to pass in the interiors. The raw material is discharged from each pore of the plurality of the containers into the air. A fibrous material F1 formed from the discharged raw material by electrostatic drawing phenomena is transported upward by being deflected by air flow. The fibrous material transported by the air flow is accumulated and collected on the surface of the lower side of a long belt-shaped collector 11 sent in the longitudinal direction through guides 7 arranged in a staggered arrangement in the longitudinal and latitudinal directions.
