Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing mold, a mold split body, and a mold capable of improving quality of a product and improving durability of the mold. SOLUTION: The protrusion part of a movable side mold is formed by stacking a plurality of mold split bodies 81A, 81B, 81C, ..., in the protrusion direction and integrally bonding bonding surfaces 85. On the respective bonding surfaces 85, projected lines 87, 88 are formed along the outer peripheral edge parts and edge parts of grooves 82. Thereby, when bonding the mold split bodies 81A, 81B, 81C, ..., the outer peripheral edge parts of the bonding surfaces 85 which form a cavity surface and the edge parts of the grooves 82 which form a thermal medium passage are reliably bonded to each other, on the bonding surfaces 85.
