Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover a reaction product stably from a reactor over a long period of time. SOLUTION: A double-acting fluid pressure cylinder 6 is prepared which is provided with a cylinder tube 2 and a piston 5 which can slide in the cylinder tube 2 and divide the inside of the cylinder tube 2 into a first chamber 3 and a second chamber 4. The reaction product is recovered from the reactor 13 to a product tank 13 by alternately supplying the reaction product and high-pressure water to the double-acting fluid pressure cylinder in such a manner that the reaction product is supplied to one of the first chamber 3 and the second chamber 4 by means of the high pressure of the reactor side and the high-pressure water is supplied to the other thereof by using a high-pressure pump 21.
