Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell or a composition of cells, having a desired property or function. SOLUTION: There is provided a method of evolving a cell having a desired functionality, in which (a) based on a specific composition, an expressible nucleotide sequence related with the composition production is built in a cell containing the composition, (b) at least one functionality of screening is determined, (c) the composition of the cell is screened based on one screening standard related to the determined functionality of screening, (d) cells corresponding to the screening standard related with the functionality of the determined screening are selected, (e) the expressible sequence of the expression cassette of the selected cell is combined with an expressible sequence derived from the composition of another cell to form the change of the nucleotide sequence composed by the cell containing a perfect length gene, and (f) steps (b) to (e) are, if necessary, repeated optionally till at least one cell acquires the desired functionality.
