Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reliable switching element, which is driven in high-temperature atmosphere with less heat generation, and to downsize a driving circuit, by dispensing with heat radiating parts, since there is a problem that the driving circuit becomes large because heat radiating parts are required in high-temperature atmosphere when the heat generation of the switching element is large, and further to realize simple work at hand in replacing the driving circuit for maintenance, since the work is difficult to perform at a height in replacing the driving circuit for maintenance in a ventilating blower of rectangular wave current application. SOLUTION: A bidirectional switching element 2 is used for the switching element to suppress a current flowing on a diode built in the switching element, thereby suppressing the heat generation.
