SOLUTION: A heat dissipation structure 3 of a battery pack is constituted by housing a plurality of the unit cells 2 into a housing container 11, formed in a nearly sheet shape, equipped with insulative heat dissipation members 12B, 12C respectively adhered and interposed to the unit cells and the housing container by deformation between the unit cells and the housing container, and dissipates heat from the unit cells via the heat dissipation members and the housing container.
