APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING LIQUID CRYSTAL DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for manufacturing a liquid crystal device which has a simple and low-cost apparatus structure and can drop a liquid crystal onto a substrate of the liquid crystal device in non-contact with the substrate. SOLUTION: The apparatus for manufacturing the liquid crystal device comprises: a chamber which is divided into one side chamber 140 and the other side chamber 146; liquid crystal-dropping parts 150 disposed striding between the one side chamber 140 and the other side chamber 146; storage parts 155 of liquid L disposed on the one side chamber side of the liquid crystal-dropping parts 150; dropping flow paths 157 which are disposed on the other side chamber 146 side of the liquid crystal-dropping parts 150 and drop the liquid crystal to one side substrate arranged in the other side chamber 146; and a pressurizing part capable of pressurizing the one side chamber 140, wherein, by pressurizing a pressuring part, the liquid crystal L stored in the storage parts 155 is dropped onto the one side substrate of a liquid crystal cell 200.
