Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve precision of calculation evaluation of an internal state of an inspection target by an ultrasonic inspection. SOLUTION: Attention has been paid to a time relationship between the maximum value of a positive peak and that of the absolute value of a negative peak and great contribution of the time relationship to detection of separation in an RF signal 11 of reflection waves 10 of ultrasonic waves entering inspection targets from a probe 2. Concretely, an operation section 5 obtains the inclination of a part including positive and negative peaks of the RF signal 10. Separation or the like of inspection targets is detected from the plus and minus of the inclination and the degree of the separation, or the like is detected from the magnitude of the inclination. By coloring the detected separation with a specific color for highlighting by a scope A, a scope C, or the like in an oscilloscope 7 and a monitor 8, the separation, or the like can easily be discriminated even if discrimination of the separation, or the like does not require any skills, thus greatly reducing time required for an ultrasonic inspection since a calculation method is easy.
