Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanging tube, which has a sufficient pressure resistance and reduced passage resistance while reducing the weight, and is also excellent in heat exchange performance. SOLUTION: The heat exchanging tube to be applied to a header type heat exchanger is constituted so that the relations of W=6-18 mm, Ac/At×100=50-70%, and P/L×100=350-450% are established, wherein W is the width of a flat tube body 61, Ac is the total sectional area of refrigerant passages 65, At is the total sectional area of the tube body 61 (including the refrigerant passage part), L is the outer circumferential length of the tube body 61, and P is the total inner circumferential length of the refrigerant passage 65.
