Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat supply system capable of preventing the freezing of hot water in a circuit connected to an external device by the effective use of waste heat, and also preventing the breakage of a fuel cell caused by a rise of hydraulic pressure accompanied by an increase in the volume of a hot water circulation pump. SOLUTION: The heat supply system 10 includes: a cogeneration system 6 including a heat recovery heat exchanger 1; a heat supply heat exchanger 3 which supplies heat to an external device 7 by antifreeze liquid which receives heat from the heat exchanger 1; and a control device 17 which forms a bypass passage bypassing a snow melting heat supply heat exchanger 14 by opening flow passage selector valves 181, 182, 184 and 187 and closing flow passage selector valves 183, 185, and 186.
