Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch control device for a vehicle, capable of restraining gear noise, a damage and a transmission shock from being generated by fluctuation in the rotation speeds of driving wheels, when engaging and disengaging a dog clutch. SOLUTION: This clutch control device for the vehicle includes an integrated controller 14 for shift-controlling an automatic transmission AT, in response to a vehicle condition detected by a vehicle condition detecting means, for bringing the second clutch CL2 having a dog clutch structure into a disengaged condition, under the shift of the automatic transmission AT, and for issuing a command for bringing a meshed state, after shifted, and the controller 14 executes shift limiting determination processing for limiting the shift, when changes in the rotation speeds of the right and let driving wheels LT, RT are in a preset shift limiting state, in clutch control device for the vehicle.
