Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that a construction using a urethane foam is employed and a disuse is difficult in a conventional heat-insulating waterproofing construction and the place of a leakage is also difficult to specify in case of a leakage accident. SOLUTION: In a waterproofing construction method, a heat is shielded by mounting an air space between a building frame and a waterproofing layer without using a heat-insulating material, and the method is proper to an environment preservation. Members are deteriorated by the change of an outside air temperature and the moisture of the building frame or the like only by singly mounting the air space, and the moisture is collected in the air space by a dew condensation. With this in mind, the air space is kept under an oven-dry state at all times by mounting a blow pipe with an air blower and an exhaust pipe to the air space, and the deterioration of the members can be prevented.
