SOLUTION: The foundation construction machine 1 includes a long leader 11, a slider 2 moving along the leader, and a rotating drive device 3 attached to the slider. A top end connection port 31 and a bottom end connection port 32 for mounting the attachments 4, 5 are formed in the rotating part 30 of the rotating drive device.
