Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing particles capable of stably producing particles of a uniform particle diameter. SOLUTION: The apparatus for producing particles by mixing a plurality of fluids includes a mixing flow-path section for mixing the plurality of the fluids; a retention flow-path section connected to the mixing flow-path section in series wherein the particles produced in the mixing flow-path section are allowed to stay; a detection mechanism that at least detects the condition in the retention flow-path section; and a vibration application mechanism that applies vibration to the retention flow-path section, according to the condition detected by the detection mechanism.
