Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating mechanism for a power transmitting device (a transmission for an automobile) in which an improvement of the fluidity of lubricating oil in an oil-feeding passage for supplying lubricating oil increases a resulting flow range while maintaining the interior of the device (a bearing or the like for supporting a rotary shaft) in a favorable lubricating state for a long period of time. SOLUTION: The power transmitting device (transmission M) includes rotary shafts (an input shaft 2 and an output shaft 16), rotatably supported by a bearing 8, to which rotational power is outputted from a power source, and a rotating member (a front-wheel sproket) 4 rotating when the rotational power, outputted to the rotary shafts is transferred. In the power transmitting device, the lubricating mechanism includes a lubricant supply source (oil pump) 14 supplying a lubricant to the bearing for the lubrication thereof, and lubricant-feeding passages (oil feeding-passages) 50 formed in the rotary shaft to allow the lubricant supply source to communicate with the vicinity of the bearing. The lubricating mechanism takes an oil-feeding passage structure (formed with an oil repellent layer 60) in which at least a part of a passageway surface 50s is applied with oil repellent processing.
