Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alternative method which can form a vertically offset structure. SOLUTION: An embodiment includes the formation of a flexible layer (12) having first and second ends (13, 14), an intermediate section (70) connecting the first and second ends, and upper and lower surfaces (48, 15). The distance between the upper and lower surfaces at the intermediate section is smaller than the distance between the upper and lower surfaces at the first and second ends. The first end is connected with a base member (44). The second end of the flexible layer is bent so as to make the second end come in contact with the base member.
