SOLUTION: The volatile organic compound recovery device includes an adsorption unit 1 having a plurality of adsorbents 12 and a channel shifting means 2 that forms parallel channels where each adsorbent 12 is arranged parallel when the treated gas X is supplied to the adsorbent 12 and forms series channels where each adsorbent 12 is arranged in series when the desorbed gas Y is supplied to the adsorbent 12.
