INTEGRAL-TYPE COMPOUNDED TEA-PROCESSING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integral-type compounded tea-processing machine capable of performing tea production processes from raw tea leaves to tea products by switching the processes of steaming the tea leaves, separating the tea leaves from water vapor, cooling the tea leaves while rubbing, rubbing the tea leaves and up to drying the tea leaves by one machine. SOLUTION: This compounded tea-processing machine is provided by steaming tea leaves on an endless conveyer steamer, cooling to room temperature, removing water vapor by utilizing a space between the endless conveyer and elevator conveyer for conveying the tea leaves to cool the tea leaves by the elevator conveyer, performing the whole processes of rubbing the tea leaves in a tea-rubbing process chamber, installing two boilers in a tea-dryer to make two kinds of heat sources for drying the tea leaves and for producing a high temperature steam for steaming the tea leaves, which is suitable for the maturity and growth of the raw tea leaves, and not using the boilers other than the time for steaming the tea leaves and drying the tea leaves.
