Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply management device for a power supply for an electric vehicle, enabling a composite power supply to effectively charge and discharge, depending on the running state of a vehicle. SOLUTION: The power supply management device 10 includes a secondary battery 12, a capacitor 13, a charging/discharging controller 16 for controlling charging and discharging of the secondary battery 12 and the capacitor 13, a navigation device 17 for detecting the running position and running route of the vehicle, a running route history storage means 18 for storing the history of the detected running route, a charging/discharging amount calculating means 19 for calculating the charging/discharging amount of the secondary battery 12 and the capacitor 13, a charging/discharging amount history storage means 20 for storing the history of the calculated charging/discharging amount, and a residual capacity calculating means 21 for calculating the residual capacity of power stored in the secondary battery 12 and the capacitor 13. The residual capacity calculating means 21 compares the history of running route with the history of charging/discharging amount to calculate the residual capacity at each of positions on the running route, and the charging/discharging controller 16 controls charging and discharging based on the calculated residual capacity.
