RECEIVING APPARATUS AND PROGRAM RESERVATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an audio/video information processing apparatus in which search of a program desired to perform reserved recording and the setting operation of reserved recording are facilitated, and user friendliness is improved, in the case of reserved recording, and which has a function for automatically searching and recording the program when a recording condition is set once. SOLUTION: In the audio/video information processing apparatus such as a recording and reproducing device for receiving broadcast or communication information sending program information of a program title, channel, category, required time, date, time and day of the week together with audio/video information, on the basis of a search condition specified by a condition or the keyword of program information designated by a user or by the combination thereof, programs to be candidates of reserved recording are searched, or reserved recording is automatically set by the arithmetic operation function of a logic circuit.
