Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load control system which is installed in an independent house, and has a function of notifying a person in the house that a person is present in a predetermined detection area nearby an entrance by turing on a lighting device and also threatens a suspicious person. SOLUTION: Prescribed image processing is applied to image data picked up by a television camera (imaging device) 2 installed near the entrance of the house 1, it is determined whether a person is present in the image, and when it is determined that a person is present, predetermined lighting devices 22, 23, ..., which are previously set are turned on.
