SHEET CAPACITOR, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet capacitor in which high frequency responsiveness is raised, and to provide a manufacturing method thereof. SOLUTION: The sheet capacitor consists of: a valve metal porous sheet body 1 in which one surface is made porous; a dielectric oxide film 3 provided on the porous surface of the valve metal porous sheet body; a solid-state electrolytic layer 4 provided on the upper surface of the dielectric oxide film; a cathode electrode layer 5 provided on the upper surface of the solid-state electrolytic layer; and a protection layer 7 provided in the laminating direction of the valve metal porous sheet body, the dielectric oxide film, the solid-state electrolytic layer and a cathode layer.
