Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film including a transparent conductive thin film having a low volume resistivity. SOLUTION: The transparent conductive film includes the transparent conductive thin film formed dominantly of crystalline indium oxide and laminated on at least one face of a transparent plastic film substrate. Among the X-ray diffraction peaks of the transparent conductive thin film, a (400) plane of the indium oxide is the strongest.
