Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microchemical chip equipped with a micropump capable of feeding a minute amount of liquid accurately. SOLUTION: The microchemical chip which has at least one or more channels, a micropump 2, a sample injecting part 3 and a reaction part 4 is configured so that a channel is formed in the micropump 2, and the micropump 2 employs an opening-closing type actuator constituted so as to be open and closed at its center by bonding both ends of first and second bending type conductive polymer actuators, and the sample injecting part 3 and the reaction part 4 are formed by using a conductive polymer film, and the sample injecting part 3 and the reaction part 4 are connected by the micropump 2.
