INSPECTION DEVICE FOR INSPECTION BODY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection device for an inspection body capable of attaining easily excellent inspection accuracy without depending on personal knowledge or experience. SOLUTION: This inspection device includes an imaging part for imaging the inspection body 1000, an image integration part for generating a generalized image 1012 by correlating a plurality of attributes with each pixel of an inspection object image 1004, a representative pixel setting part for setting a representative pixel 1021 based on the generalized pixel 1012, and a brightness operation part for generating a new inspection image 1028 including a pixel having a brightness determined corresponding to a distance between the generalized pixel 1012 and the representative pixel 1021 in a space 1016 using the plurality of attributes as dimensions.
