SOLUTION: In the viscous fluid coupling 1, a cutout part 70 is provided in a part of the outer circumference of a cover 12, and an O-ring 13 which receives a fixed pressure or more of the fluid filling chamber 30 is protruded and deformed from an outer circumferential annular groove 12B through the cutout part 70.
