Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust exhaust gas pressure, with a simple structure, without being influenced by a temperature difference of flowing gases. SOLUTION: An exhaust throttle valve 1 is provided with: a housing 2 having a gas passage 2a formed thereon; a first and a second valve shaft 3, 4 rotatably supported by the housing 2; a large valve element 5 connected to the first valve shaft; and a small valve element 6 connected to the second valve shaft. A communication hole 17 is bored on the large valve element, and an energizing means energizing the small valve element to a direction abutting on the large valve element is disposed on the second valve shaft. When a pressure of gas in the gas passage rises from the state where the large valve element closes the gas passage and the communication hole is blocked by the small valve element (Fig.2(b)), the small valve element separates from the large valve element by resisting energizing force of the energizing means, and the communication hole is opened (Fig.2(c)).
