Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent thermal damage to peripheral parts while arranging an exhaust emission control device close to a diesel engine, and prevent the deterioration of an emission control efficiency of an exhaust gas while making reproduction of a particulate filter advantageous by controlling heat radiation from an outer peripheral part of the particulate filter. SOLUTION: An exhaust emission control device 14 which is provided in a midway part of an exhaust pipe (an inlet side exhaust pipe 31 or the like) in an engine 10 and arranged in the vicinity of the engine 10, consists of an exhaust emission control device body 40 which is connected to the inlet side exhaust pipe 31 and which incorporates a particulate filter 53, a cover 42 which is provided around the exhaust emission control device body 40 and covers the exhaust emission control device body 40 from the outside, and an inside heat insulator 41 which is provided between the exhaust emission control device body 40 and cover 42 and arranged so as to produce air layers 78, 79 in gaps with the exhaust emission control device body 40 and with the cover 42.
