Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a highly reliable road surface cutting operation by providing an engine cutter with excellent operability. SOLUTION: This engine cutter 10 with wheels includes a blade part 22, a wheel guard part 220 for covering the blade part 22, and a light emitting part 50 for emitting a laser beam 52. The wheel guard part 220 includes a cutout 224 allowing the blade part 22 to be exposed. The laser beam 52 is emitted to the inside of the cutout part 224, and the position of the light emitting part 50 is adjusted in such a manner that the laser beam 52 and the exposed blade part 22 are aligned with each other. Next, the engine cutter 10 with wheels is moved by rotating the light emitting part 50 about an axis A in such a manner that the laser beam 52 is aligned with a line in black ink which is positioned forward, and then the cutting is performed.
