SPOUT AND POUCH WITH SPOUT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spout which can adjust the amount of flowing finely and easily when contents are discharged and to provide a pouch with the spout. SOLUTION: The spout includes a fixing part 20 fixed and adhering by heat sealing between a pair of piled front and back sheets of a pouch body 1, a mouth part 21 formed projectingly toward the outside of the pouch body 1 from the fixing part 20 and an inward extending part 22 formed projectingly toward the inside of the pouch body 1 from the fixing part 20 and in the spout a communicating hole 23 to discharge contents in the pouch body 1 outside is formed from the inward extending part 22 to the mouth part 21, wherein an adjusting surface 30 directing toward the rear side as being apart from the fixing part 20 is formed on the inward extending part 22 and the communicating hole 23 is opened on the adjusting surface 30 and a finger supporting surface 32 is formed ahead of the adjusting surface 30 continuously from the adjusting surface 30 so as to support a finger P.
