Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathtub apparatus with a lighting system, which copes with an error in horizontal direction between a bathtub and a support member to which a light source is fitted, or positions the light source and the bathtub by a predetermined spaced distance, and to provide a method for assembling a bathtub apparatus with a lighting system. SOLUTION: The bathtub apparatus with a lighting system includes: the bathtub formed of a transparent material and having a bottom part and side parts; a light source support member having a placing part where the bottom part of the bathtub is placed and separated from the side part of the bathtub placed on the placing part; a light source supported by the light source support member and circumferentially provided to surround the side parts of the bathtub while being separated from the bathtub; and a horizontal direction positioning part regulating the horizontal positional relationship between the bathtub and the light source.
