WALKING STATE DISPLAY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walking state display capable of analyzing the walking motion in detail by a relatively simple structure. SOLUTION: The walking state display includes: a plurality of marks 2 to be attached to prescribed regions in the body of a walker; an imaging part 3 for repeatedly capturing the optical images including the respective marks 2 attached to the walker; an extraction part 41 for extracting the marks 2 in the respective captured images; a coordinate setting part 42 for displaying the positions of the marks 2 extracted in the respective captured images as coordinates in a predetermined common coordinate system; a computing part 43 for computing parameter values for representing predetermined walking motions for each captured image by using the coordinates of the respective marks 2; a segmenting part 5 for detecting the correlations between each captured image and a walking phase based on the parameter value computed for the captured image when the walking cycle is divided into a plurality of walking phases based on a predetermined condition for the parameters, and segmenting each captured image by walking phase by using the result of detection; and a display part 6 for displaying the captured images by utilizing the result of segmentation by the segmenting part 5.
