Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a visible light communication receiver capable of preventing the interference of a visible light communication signal by a simple structure. SOLUTION: The visible light communication receiver includes; a housing 10; a light shielding member 30 having an opening 10a; a light reception element 11 arranged in the housing 10 facing the opening 10a with a predetermined space, having sensitivity in a visible light region, and having an area nearly equal to that of the opening 10a; and a demodulation means 12 to demodulate a visible light communication signal from visible light received by the light reception element 11.
