Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an original mounting mechanism for preventing a distorted document from misaligning and bending by increasing a contact area between a float preventing part and a document, an image scanning apparatus having the document mounting mechanism, and an image processor. SOLUTION: The image scanning apparatus includes: a document platen 10 for mounting a document 3 thereon; and a float preventing part 21 for locking the document 3 and preventing the document 3 from floating from the document platen 10, wherein the float preventing part 21 is provided with two sides 20a and 20b or more of the document platen 10 so as to increase the contact area with the document 3.
