Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce vertical noise and shading in an imaging device such as a CMOS image sensor. SOLUTION: Selection control circuits 13a and 13b connect a CDS circuit 15a to a vertical signal line VSL(n) and connect a CDS circuit 15b to a vertical signal line VSL(n+1). Together with that, the selection control circuits 13a and 13b connect a current source 14b to the vertical signal line VSL(n) and connect a current source 14a to the vertical signal line VSL(n+1). A connection node NDI1b is formed on the vertical signal line outside a first transmission route where the output signals of a Gr pixel circuit 11 are transmitted from the Gr pixel circuit 11 to the CDS circuit 15a. Also, a connection node NDI2a is formed on the vertical signal line outside a second transmission route where the output signals of an R pixel circuit 11 are transmitted from the R pixel circuit 11 to the CDS circuit 15b.
