Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve an examination receiver's dissatisfaction for waiting time. SOLUTION: The system includes a control part 12 which starts counting of waiting time upon receipt of an examination receiver ID 20 input through a receiving terminal 2, terminates the counting of waiting time upon receipt of the applicant ID 20 input through a settlement processing terminal 4, and outputs waiting time apology information 40 corresponding to the length of the counted waiting time to a display device 42, whereby the examination receiver can watch and listen image, sound, characters or the like of apology corresponding to the length of waiting time.
