Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropic light-diffusing film excellent in both light transmitting degree and diffusing degree, an anisotropic light-diffusing laminate and an anisotropic light-reflecting laminate, and to provide an illuminator and a display excellent in a light-diffusing degree and luminance as well as excellent in economical efficiency, by employing them. SOLUTION: The anisotropic light-diffusing film is produced by melt extrusion of a mixture of at least two types of incompatible thermoplastic resins, and the film has a parallel light transmittance of 20 to 85%, a haze of 10 to 80% haze, a glossiness of 10 to 70%, and a ratio of 1.3 to 6.0 of a diffusing degree of transmitted light in a horizontal direction to a diffusing degree in a perpendicular direction. The anisotropic light-reflecting laminate having the above anisotropic light-diffusing film laminated on at least one surface of a light-reflecting material, wherein a ratio in a diffusing degree of reflected light, a reflecting degree and a diffusing degree satisfy specified ranges, is also provided.
