ACOUSTIC SIGNAL-ANALYZING APPARATUS AND ACOUSTIC SIGNAL-ANALYZING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic signal-analyzing device and an acoustic signal-analyzing method for determining whether an acoustic signal in a program being reproduced is music or not properly in accordance with the genre of the program. SOLUTION: In this acoustic signal-analyzing apparatus, a parameter adjusting part 6 adjusts a parameter value of amount of change and a parameter value for determining durability by using the information of genre of program obtained by a program information-acquiring part 5, and an energy amount of change analyzing part 3 determines whether amount of change of energy between frames per the predetermined frequency band of the acoustic signal in the program being reproduced exceeds the parameter value of amount of change or not. A durability analyzing part 4 determines whether energy durability time after change of energy in the frequency band where the amount of change of energy exceeds the parameter value of amount of change exceeds the parameter value for determining durability or not, and a music determining part 7 determines whether an acoustic signal includes music or not based on at least either of the result of determination of the energy amount of change-analyzing part 3 and the result of determination of the durability analyzing part 4.
